• Currently working for a major international financial institution on a project to migrate their current legacy systems to a microservice-oriented architecture.• Work with management and team leaders to institute Agile frameworks and competencies.• Facilitate organizational and cultural change, as well as the understanding and adoption of Agile values and principles.• Schedule and facilitate the Scrum Ceremonies, including the Sprint Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review and Retrospective where applicable. As well as ensuring the correct understanding of the Scrum framework within the team.• Build efficient, self-organized and motivated teams. Facilitating learning through workshops, meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.• Facilitate the resolution of impediments and/or manage the appropriate escalation.• Coordinate with other agilists and their teams on the sprint's deliverables.• Maintain and ensure quality of Stories/Tasks.• Evaluate and mitigate risks related to requirements, implementations, testing processes, project communications and training.• Communication with stakeholders.• Continuous improvement and coaching within the team, as well as support for the use of metrics and tools.• Use of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Kanban Boards, Trello, Burndown Charts and others.
