I'm a chartered/authorised (leg./aukt) clinical psychologist. I run a private practise where I see private clients for individual therapy, group therapy and couples therapy. I also teach and train psychotherapists and psychologists in Compassion Focused Therapy through a training institute I run together with my colleague Linda Wiik. We arrange workshops and longer training courses in Compassion Focused therapy and other Compassion-related topics, mainly for mental health professionals but also general public. Occasionally I do other type of consultancy work like mental health assessments or onsite mental health trainings for different companies. I did my psychologist training at Copenhagen University and have done post-graduate training in Compassion focused therapy from Derby University, UK. I've worked with leadership trainings and other type of organizational trainings before starting my private practise.Before turning to psychology I worked in Communications and Marketing and have published several books and articles in the field of EU policies and European research.
