I have touched nearly every aspect of construction from the GC and subcontractor side to the Owner’s side and that exciting journey has landed me in Real Estate Lending. Managing the construction aspect of Hall Structured Finance’s nearly $1 Billion portfolio, I specialize in marrying these unique perspectives to help structure new deals and manage risk across diverse real estate developments under construction. Not many real estate deals fits into some perfectly shaped box and many need to be massaged to into something that is appetizing to our lending facility. I help identify key details that may create hesitation and strategizing with key stakeholders regarding a solution keeps the attention on “when” we can close the deal not how to resolve the huddles. Once closed, this strategy continues on and I stay involved to mitigate any issues that could manifest along the way so we can keep funding flowing as smoothly as possible.In addition, I am the founder of Oversyt.io a customizable construction management & oversight software platform that drives collaboration, efficiencies, and real time access into the happenings of each asset. This core product can be customized to meet any company's unique workflow, specifically within the development, lending, private equity industries.
