During my time as the CEO I manage 21 full-time professionals in all areas of the business and student development operations. I developed and implemented the 2027 strategic plan, including measurable deliverables and achieved 100% success with the 2021 Strategic Plan. In 2018 I began the search for a new home to our International Headquarters which culminated in a move to Indianapolis and a first of it's kind, state of the art building. This was accomplished on time and under budget. Through innovation, I reduced operational expenses without impacting service levels and conserving one-time dollars in reserve and championed a member experience model that achieved a 92% member retention rate for the first time in a decade.I increased digital presence through producing a publications, video production and targeted-interactive social media, optimized staff structure to accomplish priorities and deliver results while improving employee retention and ensured the fiscal integrity of the organization including management of a $3.7 million annual budget and execution of transparent monthly financial statements for net assets of more than $14 million.I managed the planning for twelve events annually for 100 – 900 attendees throughout North America.Cultivated and increased the volunteer and donor base in two countries, growing annual giving levels and new donors.

In my role I respond to legal matters arising from insurance claims and work with legal professionals and insurance providers to represent Delta Chi’s interests and resolve issues. I educate and update staff members on member safety issues, and prepare them to deal with chapter situations. I Partner with Director of Fraternity Development to create and implement strategies for educating all members on the risk management policy and procedure through preparation of written material and live workshops and sessions.I Coordinate with Delta Chi’s Risk Management Commission Chairman and Delta Chi Legal Advisor to clarify and interpret risk management policy, and answer other ongoing risk management questions. I ensure response to chapter incidents and initiate fair and, where appropriate thorough investigation procedures. I am directly responsible for managing our liability insurance and calculated costs for each chapter. I constantly Coordinate and drive efforts with appropriate University officials to partner on effective solutions, build and maintain relationships, and to preserve Delta Chi’s interests.I Manage chapters that are on various levels of corrective action and verify that the requirements of such are met on a timely basis. I Advise chapters prior to and during expulsion efforts, and manage expulsion procedures after a chapter has expelled a member, as well as manage expulsion procedures as directed by the Board of Regents within the scope of Delta Chi Law. I conduct all organizational investigations In the United States and Canada, as well as interventions and membership reviews. I Represent the Fraternity with the University, the press, general public, and parents through meetings, statements, and press releases and interact closely with Director of Media & Events. Lastly, I remain as a source of advice and verify the progress of the Conservatorship, and provide Executive Committee with updates and recommendations.

Currently serving as the Personal Security Advisor to the Mayor of the City of St. Louis, MO. I am the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Departments only graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center - Protective Service Operations Training Program, Department of Homeland Security, Counter-Terrorism Division. I am trained in Personal Security, small and large details, motorcade operations, motorcade/vehicle ambush countermeasures, protective intelligence, reactive formation firearms and principal response, aircraft countermeasures, advance operations, defensive tactics, threat identification and mitigation, tactical medicine, advanced drivers training and improvised explosive device identification and response.

While in the Intelligence field I have worked on complex technical cases and long term criminal investigations at the direction of the Commander of Intelligence and the Chief of Police. As a project manager for the new multi-million dollar Real Time Crime Center, I have worked to develop and coordinate the planning and acquisition stages of its conception. Opening in May of 2015 in partnership with Motorola, the center is designed to provide accurate real time information to officers on the street to keep our officers and citizens safe. I have been entrusted to lead the Dignitary Protection for the Mayor of the City of St. Louis, Chief of Police and numerous visiting dignitaries, foreign and domestic as well as public and private. I have coordinated with Federal Agencies and Fortune 500 companies on travel, route and motorcade operations, advance, counter surveillance, site security and protective intelligence. I have worked protective investigations including threats to public officials and critical infrastructure. I served as the Gang Intelligence Officer for the department and taught at St. Louis University's Law Enforcement Leadership Course, the Midwest Gang Investigators Conference, St. Louis Public Schools and was selected to represent the Chief of Police at the Attorney Generals Urban Crime Summit. I have served as a member of the cyber threat analysis and technical analysis group which focuses on real time, open source intelligence gathering and critical digital evidence recovery.

As the Neighborhood Ownership Officer for six of the largest neighborhoods in the City of St. Louis, I worked to build trust between citizens and the police who patrol their neighborhoods. I attended hundreds of community meetings and spoke about the Departments crime reduction strategies and the importance of citizen participation in the criminal justice process. I coordinated and trained citizen volunteers in all aspects of the Neighborhood Ownership Model in order to reduce crime and increase the quality of life in the neighborhoods they call home.

Being selected to serve in the Homicide Section for a three month internship, I gained valuable knowledge in death investigation, interview and interrogation skills and crime scene integrity. During this time, I investigated six officer involved shootings and 13 homicide scenes. I was trained in advanced death investigation during this time and worked tirelessly to gain the knowledge and experience that would aid me on the street and in future endeavors.

As a Field Training Officer I was charged with the mentoring and development of recently graduated, probationary police officers. As an FTO, I worked daily to manage the personal and professional development of young officers with the focus on officer safety and legal implications.

While working in the Ninth District Detective Bureau, I self managed a case load of over 25 open cases with a high case closure rate and criminal prosecution success. I was devoted to crimes against persons and crimes against property, I worked to link multiple cases to the same offender, preparing lengthy and thorough police reports and testifying in court. While in the Bureau, I worked to provide actionable intelligence on known gang members and information to officers on a daily basis. Working in this role I was constantly interviewing witnesses and interrogating suspects.
