Hired as an Intern and advanced to Analyst position in 2018. As Intern, assisted with client document production and in-person follow-up meetings to complete additional onboarding and client servicing activities. Updated and managed the Advisor’s calendar, prepared slide decks for client meetings, and managed quarterly billing/trade reconciliations. As Analyst, manage a broad range of client, operations, and compliance activities. Serve as the first point of contact with clients to address and meet their various needs, including AUM updates, portfolio allocations, and other documentation needs. Complete all required state filings and prepare the firm for regulatory audits. Produce client net worth analyses, historical performance measures, and market/sector evaluations. Update the firm’s buy list regularly for all advisors. Prepare equity and fixed income fund analyses to assist in quarterly account rebalancing.

Contributed to facilitating and improving the fan experience through a variety of assignments and initiatives. Analyzed existing stadium traffic and parking management to inform development of a new pre-game traffic management plan. Coordinated the distribution of promotional items at each stadium entrance (based on individual gate intake metrics).
