• Encompasses and expands upon all responsibilities of ECSA level I position• Engage in capacity planning exercises to ensure adequate system resources• Technical team lead on multiple projects including the deployment of Epic Welcome kiosks and organization-wide credit card merchant migration

• Implement, manage, and maintain the Epic Windows server infrastructure, including applying client pack updates/upgrades and deployment of Epic applications to servers and workstations using Kuiper• Manage and support the Hyperspace, Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, BCA, MyChart, EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere, Kuiper, and System Pulse servers• Deploy and install Epic client applications including Hyperspace/Hyperdrive, BCA PC, Monitor, Welcome, and Willow Ambulatory• Maintain the application deployment platform (VMware Horizon) that delivers published applications and virtual desktops to end users for all production, non-production, and training environments• Monitor system performance metrics and alerts using System Pulse• Configure and troubleshoot integrated third party software and peripherals which include Hyland OnBase, M*Modal Fluency Direct, Imprivata SSO, Topaz signature pads, HoverCams, printers, scanners, and credit card readers• Participate in change control processes for all planned application and technical system changes• Follow vendor and Epic best practices for hardware and software configuration
