My position with Cenergy International Services places me within the ExxonMobil Refinery in Billings, MT. I utilize business intelligence data from a variety of web-based reporting tools to produce polished reports for various levels of management team. I am also responsible for training new and returning users across all company roles on the site change management software. As the SME I am responsible for administration of change management software including adding new users, roles, building template reports, and regular maintenance. I also complete weekly safety review updates and follow up on incomplete entries to ensure accurate data and actionable reporting.

Utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise and a customized online work order tracking system, I strove to achieve the highest level of efficiency possible within the organization. As the implementer for TIMS Audiology I am responsible for overseeing and implementation new client projects and ensuring that defined business objectives are met. As a Business Solutions Specialist I am responsible for brining our product to the market and acquiring new customers. Fox 4 and ABC 6 are television stations in Billings, MT. I began working with Fox and ABC in late January 2009 as an account executive to help promote, improve and sell their website product, www.YourBigSky.com. With the first year I was promoted to the position of eMedia Manager where I was responsible for generating and maintaining content as well as directing eMedia sales. I grew our eMedia team, increased sales and visitor engagement. Within Fox and ABC I worked to build interdepartmental teams to produce high-quality content.

Cherry Creek Radio is a radio broadcasting company that owns radio stations in 18 markets in the Western US. My responsibilities were varied, but focused on HelpDesk (IT Support) and Exchange email support. I also designed, built and managed websites for 30+ radio stations.

Provide technical advice, desktop support and training in varying areas of business computing from application support to network troubleshooting.Develop and sustain dynamic web site operations including design and coding for 62 radio stations in 16 markets in 8 western states. Design multiple marketing pieces for print and/or digital display including posters, print ads, business cards, logos, banner ads, etc., using Adobe Creative Suite.

Global Advancement Technologies was a MCSE training company that went out of business in 2001. While there, I was responsible for developing marketing strategies in order to attract students and then assisted them in securing finacial aid. I left the company to work with Fisher Radio Regional Group (which was later purchased by Cherry Creek Radio).

Developed marketing strategies for newly established technical training company including print advertisements, direct mail pieces, outside sales packets. Also responsible for web design maintenance.Assisted prospective students in securing financial aid.Researched and recommended new revenue streams.
