I graduated from Louisiana tech with a degree in graphic design and worked as a graphic designer for about 9 years. In 2012 I rejoined Mike Smith Air Conditioning to help my father who had just lost most of his workforce. After working as a service technician for a couple of years, I was asked to become a partner in the business. At this point, I began to actively learn what it takes to grow a small business. Acquiring the financial, marketing, sales, management and leadership skills needed to take our business to the next level has been quite a challenge. My current focus is on acquiring and developing great people in our company. Without which, it is impossible to succeed.
