As Director of the Customer and Sales Analytics team, I work with my team to maximise the use of our CRM systems for both the Automotive and Enterprise teams and work on optimisation of our Sales processes. I also ensure that we become increasingly data-driven and manage the Enterprise Bid Management team.For sales operations, my team is working on reducing friction using the Salesforce CRM system, surrounded by many other supporting tools. To support sales, we review and renew processes, drive redesigns of system components and create dashboards and insides around sales intelligence. This includes, for example, brand new lead assignments, updated approval flows, sales handbooks, sales intelligence dashboards and a clear view of Win and Lost analyses. For Enterprise Bid Management, my team works directly and via our partners on RFIs and RFQs for Map Data, Traffic Data and Navigation Solutions.

Sweco Mobility Solutions delivers solutions to make infrastructure ready for the city of the future! The core product in my team is Smart Traffic, software that is using an real-time traffic simulation model to predict and control Traffic Light Controllers (TLC) upon vehicle movement predictions. Besides the control TLC we also broadcast the information to vehicles (SPaT), we prioritize emergency vehicles (SRM), we prioritize public transport and we optimize the traffic flow! I had the honour to build this team from scratch. Developing a service is a challenge in a consultancy organisation, meaning we had to create everything ourselves, from Cloud infrastructure to pricing and everything in between. Using a One Team, One Dream mentality the team is functioning well, creating a global impact. I am personally involved in Product Management, Product Marketing, Pricing Management, Innovation Management and Partner Management while encouraging the team to complete all other required roles.
