I am a creative, passionate and innovative entrepreneur, (interim) commercial director and digital project lead with over 20 years of ecommerce and online marketing experience. Always focused on output and with an eye for design and a great passion for customer contact, customer experience, conversational marketing (chat, chatbots, AI), ecommerce, technology, innovation and growth strategy.After I co-founded my first full service internet agency in 2005, I have worked both for digital marketing agencies and at client side for brands.
