Naast mijn full-time baan bij BPD Ontwikkeling ben ik auteur van het boek: "Basisboek Vastgoedrekenen". Ook ben ik docent van de "Basiscursus Vastgoedrekenen" en "Integraal Vastgoedrekenen" bij SPRYG Real Estate Academy en docent bij het Nederlands Instituut voor de Bouw en Nyenrode.De nieuwste cursus die ik geef draait om "Rekenen aan Gasloos Vastgoed". Het wordt steeds meer duidelijk dat we in Nederland ons Vastgoed echt van het gas af gaan halen. Hoe je hier aan kan rekenen leer je in de 1-daagse cursus die sinds september 2018 is te volgen. Besides my full time job at BPD I've been writing a book on Real Estate Modelling. I am also presenting the "Real Estate Modelling Course" of SPRYG Real Estate Academy and teaching at the "Nederlands Instituut voor de Bouw" and "Nyenrode Business University"The latest course I present revolves "Calculating Gasless Real Estate". It is becoming increasingly clear that in the Netherlands we are going to disconnect the gas from our Real Estate. You can learn how to count on this in the 1-day course that has been going on since September 2018.
