Performing day-to-day sales steering tasks for markets in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Main responsibilities included inter alia controlling allotments; preparing sales briefings; offering rates for tender requests; analysing competitor, sales and market performance; and evaluating the potential of new route extensions in the freighter network.

Creating a passenger-targeted marketing plan in light of the development of Lelystad Airport into a reliever airport for Schiphol. Performing internal, external and competitor analyses and designing the end-to-end customer experience by identifying touchpoints along the passenger journey. Responsible for shaping the airport marketing mix and exploring opportunities to exploit commercial activities in and around the terminal building.

Creating a comprehensive overview of fuel-saving initiatives for airlines based on operational guidelines and industry best practices. Developing performance indicators for these individual initiatives and validating their applicability with genuine flight data analysis. In addition, establishing a benchmark of fuel efficiency performance among airlines.
