What Hackers Yearn is yet another iteration of the 4-yearly international outdoor technology and security conference (the previous being May Contain Hackers in 2025) to be held in August 8 till 12 2025.Coordinating the overall Logistics Cluster (on-site, off-site, warehouse, shuttle, meubelhaus and waste) and hacking my way out of on-site Logistics challenges.

I'm the team lead for the logistics team for Observe Hack Make 2013.OHM2013 is a 5-day international outdoor technology and security conference.A motley bunch of around 3000 hackers, free-thinkers, philosophers, activists, geeks, scientists, artists, creative minds and others will convene from all over the world for this informal meeting of minds to contemplate, reflect, share, criticize, look ahead, code, build, and more.It will be held from July 31st till August 4th 2013 .

The government has made funds available to improve the participation, social coherency and quality of the neighborhood in Ondiep (so called Vogelaargelden).Inhabitants of Ondiep can request funds for activities they want to organize or for ideas to improve the neighborhood.The Regiegroep decides about these requests.Together with five other inhabitants of Ondiep, we have setup this group in close relationship with other organizations working in the neighborhood and the municipality.

I'm one of the two team leads for the logistics team for Hacking at Random 2009.It is an international technology & security conference.Four days of technology, ideological debates and hands-on tinkering.It was held on August 13-16, 2009 (which was the 20th anniversary edition of the four-yearly Dutch outdoor technology-conference) and has taken place near Vierhouten, NL.

This project connected 500 students with a single 2 Mbps connection to the Internet.
