Jeroen Goosens graduated from Dutch Law at Leiden University in 1999 and joined Lexence as a lawyer that same year. Jeroen worked for the Corporate & Commercial law practice at Lexence and became a partner in 2006. In 2013 Jeroen joined Suitsupply as General Counsel, working on a variety of legal and commercial matters, with a focus on expansion of Suitsupply's international footprint. Jeroen set up Suitsupply's legal department and implemented policies to allow Suitsupply to be in control of its legal processes. Subsequently, he successfully prepared Suitsupply for and completed several transactions. In 2019 Jeroen decided to start Lecon to help other companies getting in control of their legal affairs, with a focus on companies either with a strong ambition to grow or facing a possible M&A event. In 2020 Jeroen joined Samotics as Head of Strategic Partnerships. Samotics provides industrial customers worldwide with AI-driven fault detection technology based on electrical signature analysis that helps them reduce risk, lower costs, save energy and put an end to unplanned downtime.
