About Jeroen Kratz
I am a strong believer in setting goals combined with an underlying why or mission, in sports as well as in business. It provides direction and helps me in making choices. I am blessed with the capability to run ultra long distances and it has taught me a lot about personal leadership: creating focus, dealing with setbacks, discipline, trust and enjoying the journey. Shortage & price increases of raw materials, upcoming green rules & regulations, and expectations from customers and society drive the need for circularity and innovation.As an interim Digital Innovation Manager I defined a staged roadmap to transform from a transactional business model to a service oriented business model, so called “Packaging as a Service”. This creates a shift from revenue generated by selling packaging to maintenance of packaging. Packaging at the end of the supply chain needs to be returned and maintained for redeployment, therefore making the process circular. End goal is a digital platform to manage the flow of information between all actors in the supply chain, and enable packaging vendors to become circular. To provide insight in the supply chain and as enabler of the digital platform, I selected and on-boarded an IoT vendor with autonomous, long lasting location and condition trackers, with a feature rich and open SaaS platform. -
