Jeroen is the co-owner of LegalDirect and a seasoned expert in commercial, corporate, and construction law. With +20 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs, and both Belgian and international companies, he excels in quickly grasping clients' business operations to offer efficient, pragmatic legal advice and assistance.Jeroen has profound expertise in energy law, IT law, and innovation, and he is a skilled litigator in these fields as well as in construction law. His background includes legal outsourcing and secondment projects, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.In addition to his role at LegalDirect, Jeroen serves as a deputy Justice of the Peace for the Asse district. He has also held positions as a legal assessor for the Flemish Council and the Provincial Council of Flemish Brabant and Brussels for the Order of Architects.He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and a Master after Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Antwerp.
