Responsibilities: • Primary business contact for clients within my business portfolio• Taking care of Travel arrangements (air, train, hotel, rental cars, visa etc.)• Invoicing, and responsible for payment collections. • Monitor, measure and report the travel expenses of the client • Develop, implement and monitoring travel policies• Negotiating corporate contracts with airlines, hotels and other travel related suppliers • Organizing Meetings, Incentives, Congresses and Events (MICE) • On-site manager during congresses, responsible for end to end transportation, accommodation and evening venues• Report to the MT, providing regular input on all account activity within my business portfolio
