As head of development, and real estate developer, at a nationally operating company, my team and I develop and realize complicated projects and area development in a complex market with ditto regulations. Good stakeholder management is essential. I immerse myself in the interests of my stakeholders, without losing sight of my own goals.In recent years, working both nationally and internationally, I learned that each market has its own culture and dictates her own working methods, but also that everything ultimately revolves around mutual trust between parties. I am therefore people-oriented and build relationships with my team and stakeholders. I am sharp, fast and positive, and I am always looking for opportunities.In my spare time I am an enthousiastic salsa dancer, I love vegetarian cooking, and I like to discover different cultures, hence my trips to i.e. Ethiopia, Uzbekistan and Mongolia.
