For 45 years, G&S& has been working as an Amsterdam-based real estate developer to create connections and communities. As Head of Development, my team and I work on projects and area developments in the greater Amsterdam area, and in all phases of real estate development. Always with the aim of creating a better place for the end user. Good stakeholder management is essential. Each market has its own culture and dictates her own working methods, but building relationships ultimately revolves around mutual trust between parties. I immerse myself in the interests of my stakeholders, without losing sight of my own goals, and I stimulate my team to always try and achieve our goals, business and personal, as good as possible.
