Initiator and pioneer for building an own Direct Retail channel (started early 2014), needed to address a key acquisition channel, increase brand awareness, optimize customer journeys and decrease dependency on indirect sales channels. This became a key program for the Tele2 Group and during this period I’ve worked in Stockholm, Sweden, on a regular basis.Activities:• Developed Retail distribution strategy, business case, value proposition and formula / store concept in collaboration with external research and design agencies• Defined staffing profiles and compensation & benefit plan• Alignment of many stakeholders and gain approval from the Tele2 board• Launched 1st store in December 2015

As part of the Consumer Sales team I was responsible for the Mobile Broadband and Prepaid results within Indirect Sales accounts (Retail and Online) like Media Markt, Belcompany, The Phone House, etc.Activities:• Negotiate annual agreements on volume, compensation fees, brand visibility and assure the agreed targets are achieved• Initiate and execute sales campaigns in collaboration with Tele2’s Finance, Marketing and Communication departments• Initiatives to increase partners’ employee engagement for Tele2 productsOther projects executed during this period:• Developed and implemented Click & Collect for tele2.nl in 100 Dixons stores (2H 2013)• Member in Tele2’s 4G strategic vision team which was initiated after acquiring the 4G Mobile Network license (1H 2013)

Managing various customer research projects over different products in the Tele2 portfolio. Main goals were gathering customer insights and proposition testing.
