Binnen Omring wordt een CIO office ingericht wat dient als een regie-organisatie voor ICT dienstverlening. Als manager CIO office ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten en ontwikkelen van deze afdeling en de dagelijkse aansturing van de teams die hierin actief zijn. Hiertoe heb ik in samenwerking met de afdeling- Informatie Management ingericht- een Salesforce Competence Center ontwikkeld- het Informatievoorziening team doorontwikkeld- procesmatig en data gedreven werken op basis van ISM geïmplementeerd- projecten geïnitieerd en geleid om invulling te geven aan de Omring meerjarenvisie digitalisering
