As Software Development Manager, I lead business-met software initiatives, including the development of a transcoder for seamless integration with our new CRM platform, Salesforce. My role includes ensuring smooth transitions for both my product and team, coordinating technical integration across multiple teams, and managing stakeholder expectations. Next to leading my team, I was responsible for guiding the operational technical go-live of this CRM Platform, internally called "r-one" for the Netherlands.

In this role, I led projects to help the company become more focused on candidates and talents. My main goal was to bring in new digital tools and processes while keeping the personal, human touch in our work.I worked closely with consultants and managers to help them adapt to these changes, ensuring technology supports their work without losing the focus on people. By improving our IT systems and using data more effectively, I helped our team work more efficiently, allowing them to spend more time with clients and candidates. In this role, I partnered up with large industrial and logistical clients in the Heerenveen region as part of Randstad's Largescale concept. I was responsible for overseeing a workforce of 140-160 flex workers, optimizing pool management based on client forecasts and market trends, maintaining a provisioning rate of 96-97%.My core responsibilities included account management, recruitment, and HR consulting, with a focus on compliance with Dutch labor laws. I delivered tailored solutions to help clients reduce costs and effectively handle fluctuating demands, all while promoting growth for both clients and workers in line with Randstad's Human Forward philosophy.

Together with two colleagues, we were responsible for filling key vacancies and acquiring new clients. Our focus was mainly on SME clients in the city of Groningen. Alongside my regular duties, I completed a thesis project focused on internal collaboration and competition within the organization.
