I lead the financial operations, treasury, compliance, and reporting for a dynamic and diverse group listed with NZX and ASX, operating across more than seven countries, including key markets like the USA, Australia and UK. In my role, I manage a dedicated team of six direct reports based in Auckland along with two external accountants based in India, ensuring excellence and accuracy in all financial activities.I collaborate closely with business unit leaders to enhance financial performance and deliver strategic insights that drive decision-making and business success. My responsibilities also include acting as the primary liaison for external audits and regulatory compliance, listing rules, maintaining stringent standards and upholding the integrity of our financial reporting across all regions.My leadership is focused on fostering a team-oriented environment that encourages growth and efficiency, positioning the finance department as a critical partner in the organization’s overall success.
