With my passion being in the arts, I decided to get involved in a field that allows me to exercise those gifts. For most of the day, I spend my time setting up and tearing down the settings for artists, conferences, and other miscellaneous events. With a team of 10, we manage to make the transition from idea to creation seamless for our clients. It can be challenging to maintain a countless number of shows and set up requirements however, becoming familiar with the client's needs is a standard for this role. No matter how big their dream is, we are able to bring it to life with a positive attitude, proactive solutions, and offering opportunities to take the production to a higher level. One of my favorite parts of this role is applying my keen musical ear to the sound engineering, working with professional lighting equipment, organizing seating arrangements, and preparing stage presence.
