I schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours, while negotiating offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible terms and conditions for my clients.I manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including inspections, appraisals, and closings, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Maintaining regular communication with clients, I keep them informed about market conditions, property status, and transaction progress. I build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and contractors, to facilitate smooth transactions.Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers is a key part of my role. I prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
