- Led a team of 25 salaried and hourly employees in management of all warehousing, inventory, shipping, receiving and purchasing activities- Managed a 11MM$ inventory of >3000 unique part identifiers. - Reduced starting inventory from 15MM$ to 11MM$ by utilizing a monthly Days on Hand analysis and refining a recent launch of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning Tool. - Changed buyer culture from "System told me to" to "I know why the system told me to"- Drove Lean Material Certification of the Warehouse and shipping departments. Worked with regional suppliers to drive just-in-time inventory.- Structured a "Service Bill of Materials" review to drive buying the right parts at the right time.

- Led a team of 6 Manufacturing Engineers and 4 Technicians in all Design Transfer, Product Quality and Production Support Activities- Oversaw the design transfer of 13 new medical devices.- Drove first Coils Automated Test Equipment from concept to implementation. Eliminated manual test and reduced cost by >500K$ in the first year

- Design transfer leader launching 8 new products in one year.- During an FDA shut down, led a team of 13 engineers to re-validate multiple production lines. This required updating Standard Operating Procedures, driving Engineering Change Orders, documenting and performing a gage RR on equipment. Over the course of six months, the team re-validated 30 separate product lines.
