I am a driven key worker in the health care sector, my passion within the sector is delivering a professional ambulance service to my local area and currently across the country.From my youth, I've given my all in every role I've worked in, starting from an Ambulance Care Assistant to Associate Director of operations. I've worked my way through each part of the ambulance world starting from ACA Team Leader and developing my skills and going as far as a Emergency Medical Technician on frontline, so I understand the key components of life on the road and the day by day risks taken by all types of ambulance crews while providing an important and life saving service.Next step in my career, I was given a chance to take my skills to a controller when I took a step forward and was promoted to Senior Controller soon after.After a while, I pushed on in my career into a site managers role, where I was able to build up my relationships with key manager as well as contract managers to run the business as smoothly as possible.Contracts Manager, was a next in line due to built up promise and a great service which was proven through my years of loyal service and taking key lead in the service.Shortly after, I was given a chance at in another Private Sector Ambulance Firm where I became the Associate Director of Operations, when with a great we managed managed to win great contracts and build a small company to a large competitor in the ambulance industry.Currently I work for Ambulnz Community Partners, as Management while taking on extra duties to build an empty station with no name nor a selling point, to a daily growing station for all services supporting the NHS services with Patient Transport, High Dependency, Mental Health and now taking on Frontline while also supporting hospitals in Manchester, NEAS in Newcastle, Lancashire Care Mental Health, Rotherham patient transport and now leading the leading the opening in our new Oxford Maternity Contract.
