I am a seasoned Senior Executive with a rich experience spanning 25 years across the Middle-East, Africa, Europe, and Asia. I serve as the CFO and Board Member for portfolio companies at ADQ, the Abu Dhabi Sovereign Fund.My journey has been marked by impactful roles, including my tenure as the CEO and CFO of Julphar, a Pharma manufacturer and distributor in the MENA region. Prior to that, I spent two decades at SANOFI in Emerging Markets and at the Paris headquarter, notably as Chief Finance Officer. I founded JLC Consulting, where I advised investment funds and start-ups, particularly focusing on Life Sciences & FMCG. Over the years, I've orchestrated numerous strategic transactions, M&A (EV from 10 to 200 m$), carve-out, divestments, restructuring and turn-around, managing large teams (>5,000 headcounts) and operations (>2 bio $ revenue). Beyond my operational endeavors, I chaired multiple Board of Directors and Audit & Risks Committees. My academic journey began with a Master’s degree in Economy and Management from the Bordeaux Business School in France, completed by Executive Education programs at IMD, Harvard and INSEAD.
