Responsible for the supervision of customer safety on and off poolside. The role also requires providing a great customer care off poolside to deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction. Working, as a lifeguard requires a lot of team coherence that involves careful communication, good team bonding and quick responses. I am currently working as a casual contract at this leisure centre, whilst attending staff training monthly for 2 hours.

Southampton

Provide a professional service for Sport and Wellbeing that includes the supervision of poolside, customer service and admin roles. This involves lots of teamwork and communication as well as regular training every month to keep the standards high. There is also responsibility for opening and shutting down the building to ensure the building runs smoothly each day. Additionally I’ve been trained in Customer Service to work on reception and provide comprehensive solutions and help on the front desk to customers. Since then I’ve become an emergancy Key Holder to take responsibility of one of the outreach sites at the University of Southampton, which involves running and closing the site.

Officer Cadet in the Royal Air Force VR. Being a member has allowed me to complete Solo Flight in a Grob Tutor, becoming an instructor in Mountaineering, Climbing, Mountain Biking and Sailing. IT has taught me the importance in teamwork in hazardous environments as well as effective leadership. Additionally being in charge of the Adventurous Training of the Squadron has tested my organisational skills to keep expeditions running smoothly.

Responsible for keeping the bar running clean and efficiently alongside my colleagues. Working as a bartender requires quick math and working with money, it also requires a pleasant customer service and customer interaction to keep satisfaction.

Responsible for the shop floor sales of electrical appliances alongside other team members, also assisting customers with advice about different products and explaining the differences. Being my first part time job I learnt a lot about customer care and meeting targets in the retail industry. Additionally working closely as a team significantly improved my communication and supporting colleagues.
