- Liaise with GM in merchandising strategies, balance between HQ direction and SEAO market needs- Formulate Open-to-buy with target sales growth and sell through - Lead a team of buyers in 4 seasonal buying campaigns a year- Supervise HQ replenishment and re-balancing among regions- Conduct market visit and competitors’ research- Partner and guide CRM, Marcom, Retail for in-store activities

- Formulate and execute merchandising strategies for Greater China, Southeast Asia and Korea, in men’s categories- Lead merchandisers in 4 seasonal buying campaigns a year, covering network of 80-100 stores across different tenures- Manage inventory movement and achieve sell through target- Collaborate with Training, Marcom and Retail during events and launch of new collections

- Align merchandising strategies and monitor execution in HK and Macau markets, for men’s categories- Coordinate in-store activities with Retail and Marcom team, collect product feedback and competitors’ trend

- Plan yearly burger and OTB, oversees profit and loss, amid opening of HK and China stores- Lead merchandising team in buying campaigns, oversees store target and guide marketing team for activities
