Global leadership role with the aim to develop, lead and execute the growth strategy of the international marketing & distribution arm of ADM.

Lead and develop a global controlling team of 200+ people in over 20 countries for ADM's international agricultural trading business with over $28B in revenue.

• Lead, motivate, mentor and develop a finance and operation team of 40 people across three locations (Calgary, Houston and Minneapolis). • In charge of middle-office (i.e. product control), operation, finance and credit functions.• Active in business partnering projects and structuring of financial and exotic transactions. • Responsible for the integrity of financial information and systems as per US GAAP standards.• Establish and manage relationship with internal and external auditors.• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and other FP&A activities. • Ensuring all matters concerning corporate governance and compliance are carried out as per Group guidelines and credit policies.• Responsible for policy making and development of internal controls where required.• Leading offshoring programs (centralization in hubs), reorganization and enhanced profitability projects.• Active member of the Business leadership team, Credit committee and Steering committee of a $20MM IT project.

• Lead, motive, mentor and develop a team of 30 finance professionals across three regions (North America, Europe and Asia).• Responsible for the integrity of financial information and systems of the Cargill Petroleum & Chemicals business as well as FP&A work. • Business partnering in new business developments projects such as M&A, JV’s and non-vanilla trading patterns.

• Responsible for the integrity of financial statements as per US GAAP. • In charge of all FP&A activities (including budgeting and strategic planning).• Management of 12 finance professional locally and 8 professional internationally through others. • Project manager of a new trade capture system for the European Power & Gas business. • Set up of the Cargill Coal business in China.• Active involvement in setting up JV’s and long term partnership in the upstream coal industry.• Management and restructuring of very large MTM exposure. • Member of Cargill Energy governance team over-sighting risk management programs for forty Cargill European plants.• In charge of the controlled liquidation of the business when Cargill exited those markets.

- Directing accounting and costing departments for three feed and one flour milling plants in Switzerland.- Responsible for US Gaap reporting, forecasting, budgeting, costing and CAPEX requests.- In charge of integration in the Cargill finance function.- Business lead for Cargill financial systems implementations.

- Corporate Finance & Recovery. Active in business review, turnaround, corporate finance and costs-saving projects for non-performing businesses.

- Business outsourcing and Corporate restructuring. Involved in various audit and consulting projects for national and international clients in public, industrials & financial sectors.
