Je me définis comme un CHASSEUR DE BUSINESS.EXEMPLE DE RÉALISATION APL : Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour le Projet de Mega Datacenter pour ORANGE (2009) - Enjeux : accompagner un prospect majeur sur la construction d'un Datacenter nouvelle technologie.(coût de construction 40 Mn€)- Réalisation/ Résultats : prospection amont avec services achats et services techniques ; constitution d'une équipe projet avant vente ; aide à la rédaction du cahier des charges de consultation ; identification des décideurs et de l’environnement (partenaires et concurrences) ; qualification en finale ; négociation et finalisation ; rédaction du contrat pour un montant de 500 k€ d'honoraires;EXEMPLE DE RÉALISATION APL : Transformation de l’activité maintenance (2007-2010)- Enjeux : augmenter l’activité de maintenance dont le chiffre d’affaire récurrent est en baisse.- Réalisation / Résultats : mise en place de partenariats avec les sociétés de Facilities fortement présentes sur ce marché ; rédaction avec les équipes internes d’une une nouvelle offre d’assistance à l’exploitation ; après signature d’une affaire significative en 2007, moi et l' équipe avons vendu cette offre à de nombreux clients et l’activité est de nouveau en plein essor en 2010.
