• Providing business facing technology support to business and operations groups across the Asia Pacific region• Production Support/ Application Troubleshooting• Performs deep investigation and analyze logs for incidents escalated to the team• Perform query to the database and troubleshoot database related latency, deadlocks, indexes, and resource utilization problems• Support for weekend maintenance activities• Create/Automate tools that will make the operation better and satisfy the needs of customers

• Provide first level technical support for corporate services and employees on software, hardware, systems and networking issues and service requests in-person.• Install, configure, upgrade, monitor and troubleshoot IT systems.• IT systems management of access controls, software subscriptions and licenses, security best practices, hardware inventory with company policies and procedures• Troubleshoot and fix printer issues.
