My research field is to optimize the use of mathematical modeling techniques in pharmacokinetics (popPK, PB-Kinetics and dynamics,...) for - chemical risk assessment (residues of environmental and anthropogenic contaminants) - and microbiological risk (dysbiosis or antimicrobial resistance)--> in human food (including animals intended for human consumption). This includes optimizing the link between modeling (in silico) and experimental protocols - in vivo/ex vivo/in vitro experiments (choice of animal/tissular/cellular/subcellular models, choice of sampling, number of experimental units, etc.) - analytical chemistry (accuracy of the method, limit of quantification, limit of detection, sample size, etc.) --> in order to get as robust as possible data, to calibrate and/or validate these models.
