Process and Industrialization

• Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution Projects.• Leading the overall planning, organization and management of all aspects of projects & maintenance operations, including budgeting and planning • Ensuring reductions of IDC (Internal Defect Cost) and target Zero customer complaints with 100% quality assurance• Scheduling & monitoring resources; reviewing erection & commissioning of machines during the course of production for various new products• Implementing & maintaining end-to-end technical availabilty of the process in line with Plant KPIs • Participating in project meetings for acceptance of DAP (Design Approval Process) and pre-acceptance of assembly machines with suppliers• Interacting & working closely with Competency Network Team (Global) for discussing improvement of all equipment/ machinery / materials as part of process improvement• Engaging with vendors during pre-commissioning & commissioning of mechanical systems of the self-propelled jack-up• Steering asssemly line planning to ensure all desgins are checked, verified and making a trail as per assemly with all the parameters considered in the design stage after final commissioning• Quality standards applications• Liaising with suppliers & external agencies for determining technical specifications for living projects• Designing and implementing systems, & procedures for facilitating smooth functioning of overall operations and enhancing operational efficiency• Facilitating the achievement of bottom-line results by reducing operational costs, effectively distributing workload, and implementing quality control procedures • Communicating with vendors and plant functions for order expediting, capacity planning and material forecasts; leading new product developments• Leading a team of engineers for process improvements and resolving bottlenecks
