Responsible for design and documentation team on completion of all documentation. Producing Test Plans and reports for future use like troubleshoot and upgrade. > Preparing contract documentation for procurement services and materials. Evaluating tenders, providing recommendations to company, and attending internal and external stake holder on the Project plan, technical and commercial involved getting approval ship wise to ensure smooth customer and execution handling.> Managing the team efficiencies inline with market situations by coming up with new ideas. Conducting Brainstorming sessions with the Team for encouraging to come up with all new ideas and find valuable one to execute them.> Conducting Daily Review and Weekly review meetings downstream and up stream for Management and for my team by standard approach like using tools like Virtual Management boards, PDSA etc.> Creating Leading and Result Measures for Short Term and Long Term to ensure all the results are measured towards succession of SMARTShip Deployment and Hardware Team.
