About Jerome Karnwea

I am an Agronomist by profession, I am passionate about Conservation, crop production, agricultural mechanization, livestock production, fisheries /aquaculture, and agribusiness. I have several years of experience in food crop production (rice, cassava, and vegetable), rearing of livestock (pig, cattle, and small ruminants,) and tree crop production (rubber). I see agriculture as the foundation for rural economic growth and the way through which developing countries can get global recognition My commitment to duty is outstanding and this has been one of the characteristics that set me apart from my teammate. Whenever I take on an obligation or plan to execute a practical duty, I feel a sense of responsibility to put in my full time and attention. I am innovative and able to adopt new ideas and technology just by experiencing it or learning about it. I am also versatile, and able to multitask, and I am a team leader and builder.
