In charge of EHS implementation in all French speaking countries where Pfizer run acitivities. Core auditor for EHS Corporate Services. EHS Due Diligence in Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures; ISO 14001, ILO OSH and OHSAS 18001 international auditor;Corporate EHS Standards development; Project manager for Waste Water Treatment Plants in France and China; EHS Training; multicultural exposure.Implementation of Industrial Hygiene methods and protocols for API and citotoxic products in production and R&D centers, Head of a team of ten EHS engeeners and regional leader with 12 doted lines reporting Behavior Base Safety culture development on all sites.

In charge of the implementation of the Corporate EHS policies in seven fench speaking industrials phrmaceutical sites, from Belgium to Senegal, including France and Marocco, My goal was to developp and implement EHS management systems, to reduce the severity and the gravity of injuries, define and developp EHS culture throughout different countries and local cultures. Define and implement KPIs for Corporate reporting.During that period, all sites have been certified under ISO 14001 standard, severity and gravity rates drop down by 85% avarage.
