Coordination of ICRC activities in Afghanistan, Pakistan and New Delhi regional (India, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives). Strategic and technical support to field delegations. Relation with diplomatic circles and donors at HQ. Security and crisis management.

In charge of ICRC regional protection and assistance operations in Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Liberia and Togo. Setting up of a new ICRC Delegation in Burkina Faso. Region-wide security management. Relations with donors, Embassies, State and Army officials. Supervision of large and multicultural team (4 departments and 4 country offices).

In charge of ICRC field operations and supervision of assistance programs in Ethiopia. Countrywide security management and networking with army/police and armed groups. Relations with donors and humanitarian community. Supervision of large and multicultural teams (6 departments, 2 field offices).

GAZA: In charge of ICRC assistance programs and security management. Dialogue with Israel Armed Forced and coordination of ICRC goods and persons entering/exiting Gaza.RAKHINE: In charge of ICRC Protection/Detention programs, security management and dialogue with armed forces. Setting up of one new Sub-Delegation in Sittwe and one Office in Mrauk U.8months break between these positions during which I married my wonderful wife
