Jerome Miastkowski is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO and Founder of Aeroplicity, an aerospace and defense technology company on a mission to simplify the aerospace and defense industry. Aeroplicity's platform enables users to share files outside of their organizations, manage their inventory and parts room, digitize paper certificates sent and received with every shipment, and automate the management of training records and other logs. The system is built in a FedRAMP High Authorized infrastructure to ensure full compliance with current and upcoming industry standards, including CMMC, and enhance our user's cybersecurity. It also utilizes blockchain, ensuring full traceability and authenticity of all documents while recording all activities related to those documents.In 2011, Jerome co-founded CertifyNation, an aerospace engineering design firm specializing in the development of STCs for aircraft modifications and the production of FAA PMA kits. During this period, Jerome was known as a "borderline maniacal" entrepreneur, growing sales, engineering, manufacturing, and quality operations from startup to acquisition.In 2016, CertifyNation was acquired by The Angelus Corporation, where Jerome served as CertifyNation’s Director of Engineering. He also participated in the Angelus Leadership Team, New Business Search Team, and New Product Review Team, and became Head of IT, taking ownership of the company's technological vision. In 2019, Jerome advanced to the role of Technology Director, where he continued developing DFARS, NIST, and ITAR-compliant system architecture.With over a decade of experience, Jerome has gained a broad range of expertise, including leading engineering and IT teams, front-end, back-end, and mobile development, engineering design, new product development, certification and substantiation, DFARS, NIST, and ITAR compliance, AS9100/FAA PMA quality management system development, approvals, and maintenance, as well as product and build-to-order manufacturing, procurement and supplier management, technology road mapping, and system architecture design.Jerome thrives in dynamic environments where he can tackle challenging projects, devise creative solutions, and pursue ambitious goals.
