- More than 25 years of experience in many different industrial domains- Most of my activities have been around "managing changes and transformation" within complex environments.- I started as an industrial consultant, then actively participated to the start up of the first European manufacturing site of a US-based computer manufacturing company ("green field" when I started, we've had to develop the whole site from scratch).- Almost 20 years ago I joined an aeronautical manufacturing company, where I lead transnationally activities such as "Suppliers performance improvements", "internal transformation projects", "Quality insurance for New Products introduction projects". Most of the time I either had to "start an activity from scratch" or dramatically "transform" existing activities for better performance
