Responsible for leading, organizing and preparing the project’s follow up through several engineering phases (Basic Engineering up to Detailed Engineering).Identify the needs and requirements of TOTAL E&P UGANDA and Tilenga Project, and ensure the follow-up of the package in all aspects (HSE, quality, commercial, financial, administrative, legal and technical) from basic engineering up to delivery in compliance with the schedule and the forecasted budget.The scope of the package is covering earthworks, roads works, building works, flowlines (production, injection, electricity and optical fiber) and wellpads works including all interfaces with EPSCC Contractor, Drilling Wells Team and miscellaneous stakeholders.

Onshore Package Manager for the Ivory Coast LNG Project located close to Abidjan within the Gas, Renewables & Power Division in Total.Responsible for leading, organizing and preparing the project's follow up through several engineering phases (conceptual studies, Front End Engineering Design, Basic Engineering up to Detailed Engineering) for the onshore part.The onshore scope of work is including breasting/mooring facilities, dredging operations, transfer systems from the vessel FSRU (Floating Storage Regasification Unit) to berth, gangways, connection pipe from FSRU to onshore plant, pig traps, pressure regulation, trim heaters, NG metering, fire fighting systems, buildings, flare, export pipeline .....

Estimate deep offshore oil & gas installations (FPSO, FPU, SPS, UFR, …) as per subsidiary requests. Work essentially with Petroleum Architects, Economists and DARAG for evaluation at several steps of studies (prospect, preliminary, conceptual, pre-project, basic engineering) and retrieve proper feed-back from projects for insurance purpose.Ensure the risk analysis, local market conditions, local content and feed-back from our local subsidiaries to improve our internal estimation tools.Participate, in collaboration with our internal Research & Development Department, in the estimation of several projects in Ultra Deep Water.

Ensure the smooth running of real estate and infrastructure projects in all aspects (commercial, financial, administrative, legal and technical) and reporting throughout the life of the projects. Identify internally the initial needs and requirements of TOTAL E&P CONGO, and ensure the follow-up of the projects from basic engineering up to delivery in compliance with the schedule and the forecasted budget.Promote and highlight the TOTAL’s safety culture within projects. Emphasis is always placed on safety demanding first class results.

I was Deputy “Consultation & Technical” Manager for the new High Speed Train link between Tours and Bordeaux (a 7.8 billion euro project) and especially the south part (50 km long). This project covers the design, construction and concession for 300 km of a new railway, including infrastructure (more than 400 reinforced concrete structures with more than 800 000 m3 of concrete and 100 000 tons of steel reinforcement, roughly 85 million cubic meters of earthworks), superstructure (3 millions tons of ballast, 13 000 stands catenary, 1200 km of rail tracks), signalling, telecommunication and electrification.I am responsible for the coordination between the technical department and the construction department including the local stakeholders impacted by this project through public outreach meetings. This consultation is conducted according to all commitments of the state and municipalities prepared with “Réseau Ferré de France” (R.F.F.).I reported directly to the Consultation & Technical Manager of the south section (50 km long).

I was Proposal Manager / Senior Price Estimator for the company’s Technical Department based in Vinci’s headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison (France). Directly responsible for leading, organizing and preparing the Techno-Commercial Offers for major infrastructures civil works. Negotiating contractual, commercial and scope issues directly with Major International Construction partners for world wide projects.I reported directly to the Price Estimation’s Director.

Organizing and supervising with the Administrative and Financial Manager the Administrative and Financial Services (Accounting, Cost Control, Purchase Department, I.T. Department) successfully on a 320 million USD estimate Light Railway Transit (L.R.T.) Project of the new city of Lusail in Doha (Qatar).I reported directly to the Administrative & Financial Manager, to the L.R.T.’s Project Director and to the Financial Chief Officer of Q.D.V.C..

I was Technical Manager for the company’s LNG Storage Tank Sector located in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates). Responsible for tendering for Civil Works LNG Tanks globally. In charge of the establishment of the technical and commercial proposals directly with Major International Construction partners and International Gas Infrastructure Development clients.Projects succeeded:-“Gate LNG Terminal” in Rotterdam (Netherlands) with Entrepose Contracting, Techint and Sener (2007) – budget of 70 M€ only for civil works;-“Skikda LNG Project” in Skikda (Algeria) with Entrepose Contracting and Orascom Construction Industry (2008) – budget of 115 M€ only for civil works.17 number of international projects studied covering 4 continents.I reported directly to the LNG Department’s Vice-President.

I was Proposal Manager / Senior Price Estimator for the department infrastructures’ civil works and marine works based in Bordeaux (France). In charge of price estimations, methods and technical issues, schedules and clients’ relationship for the project of civil works in south west of France and marine works for Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea.I reported directly to the Head of Department.

In charge of works follow-up, methods establishment, financial control, and subcontractors follow-up for civil works projects in French department “Alpes-Maritimes” and building projects in Principality of Monaco.

I was Quality Manager for the project of design and construction of two cryogenic tanks for the storage of liquefied natural gas – each tank with a 140 000m3 capacity - project located in Idku (Egypt).Organizing through procedures’ establishment the project in relation with Bechtel (our client), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (our partner) and local subcontractors.Controlling the works through Method Statement establishment, Inspection Check List (I.C.L.) with my team of Quality Inspectors always closed to the construction teams and checking the two batching plants and steel reinforcement yard for the traceability of each construction’s step.I reported directly to the Project Manager on site and to the Quality Director in France’s headquarters.

I was Price Estimator (in Rueil-Malmaison (France)) working with a Project Director for global infrastructures civil works world wide.Projects tendered in France, Republic of Serbia, Algeria and Iceland.

I was Site Engineer during one year and Cost Controller later on for the project called “M.T.R.C. 603 – Black Hill Tunnels” in Hong Kong (China). This project consisted of design and construction of 4 blasting tunnels for a new metro line in East side of new territories in Hong Kong. In charge of shotcreting operations inside the tunnels and the cut-and-cover section at the west portal (4 tubes) ensuring the link between tunnels and the railway station.
