I did programming for the Faro Arm. I am the contact for when we need to use the arm in other areas of the shop. I make sure that the operators know what is required for any job depending on the complexity of the job. I run the Faro Arm and make reports based on first article or PPAP requirements. I make sure we have any accessory we need for the Faro Arm to complete jobs. I handle any GD &T questions and how to apply them in the Faro software. I am responsible for sending out the Faro Arms for calibration. I also use the Faro laser tracker when needed. I enter non comformances into our quality system and complete them when needed. I make rework orders when needed. I use manual inspection tools to verify information from the Faro arm when needed.

Handled all of the laser nesting for MWM. Relayed info for ordering more steel, kept track of steel remnants, and nested parts on plates according to the work orders.

Designed and made prints for fixtures as well as programmed CNC equipment.

When Breezewood Inc was bought by Miller Welding, I handled the transfer of all of the prints and CAD from Breezewood to Miller Welding format.

I worked close with the owner with the design and manufacturing of custom sawmill equipment. The owner would take the order and we would talk about the design requirements and specs. I would then do the CAD drafting. Upon approval, I would handle the steel orders. When the steel arrived, I would perform any manual saw, drill press, lathe work needed as well as finish assembly and painting.
