Reporting into the President and CEO, lead Sears Canada’s Marketing strategy and perations from its main Retail Division to Sears Financial, Sears Home Services, and all other lines of business. Overall responsibility for an annual Marketing budget in excess of $120 million. Lead the strategy and operations of the Sears Contact Centres comprised of 1600 FTE located in 3 locations with an annual operating budget in excess of $50 million. Managed multi-million dollar outsourcing relationships with 3rd party vendors in Canada and abroad.

Lead the operations and marketing of Sears Financial and Home Services including the Credit Card program, the Sears Loyalty Program, Sears Insurance, Sears Travel, Sears Connect and Gift Cards driving in excess of $140 million in EBITDA annually. Oversaw the operations of the Sears Customer Contact Centres comprised of over 1600 FTE and an annual operating budget in excess of $50 million.

Oversaw the Management of 22 warehouses across the country with overall responsibility forprocurement, inventory management and sales through multiple channels. Provided strategic andoperational leadership to the Sears Financial and Home Services Contact Centers comprising of 700+sales and customer service agents. Lead the Marketing functions for Sears Financial and Homes Services.

Strategic and operational management of the relationship with Loblaws Inc. as it related to President’s Choice Financial, the joint venture partnership between CIBC and Loblaws.
