Initiated pilot leadership development sessions, integrating evidence-based psychology with hands-on leadership instruction. - Conducted 400+ Technical Evaluations and trained over 100 other engineers to conduct that same technical assessment.- Created and implemented new Technical Assessment for the entire Workday Application Engineering Organization (1000+ people)- Led the centralized recruiting efforts to support the expansion of the Workday Student team from 13 to 200 engineers.
