Jerome Proctor serves as a Business Consultant at Proctor Technologies and founder and owner of the Rez Grill. Jerome was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. His father an American pioneer, served in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a Tuskegee Airman pilot in the 332nd and 477th during World War II and duty in Korea.Proctor began his professional career as a computing analyst with the Boeing Company a Fortune 500 corporation located in Seattle, Washington. (Boeing is noted for being the world's number one aerospace company). In 21 years with Boeing, Proctor held positions of increasing roles and responsibility, including the initial roll out of departmental personal computers, developing operating systems, the blueprint for the IT staffing and sourcing process, and the 747/767/777 technology transfer plan. He also was instrumental in implementing an automated employee timekeeping system and wireless infrastructure in the world's largest building. He developed and maintained global partnerships and goodwill with strategic suppliers and countries. Proctor served as a program manager at Microsoft where he assisted in the development of the on-line service business operations finance products & services.Currently, Proctor serves as the Environmental Coordinator for the Santee Sioux Nation of Nebraska. In his current position, he is responsible for the air quality program for the Santee Sioux Nation of Nebraska.
