Planned, programmed, and developed a Remote Operations Facility (ROF). Action Officer for a Deployed SIGINT Operations Center (DSOC). Developed the CONOPs, Statements of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in support of the ROF project. Planned and sequenced phases of the project with engineers, system administrators, consulting companies, and collection managers to meet project requirements.
