Planned and sequenced phases of the project with engineers, system administrators, consulting companies, and collection managers to meet project requirements. Developed a proof of theory test designed to confirm the CONOP in accordance with the SOP and SOW.Led a section of twenty military and civilian personnel responsible for reviewing foreign language texts and audio files.
