About Jerome Roth

I have always had a passion for working with computers. My education, at the University of Cincinnati, and work experiences have further amplified this passion. I have a skill for digging through code and SQL scripts to determine their their inner workings. This allows me to find bugs within the code and allows me to make it more efficient. When I find issues in code I like like to inform developers what is wrong and then provide solutions. This allows everyone to developmental growth for everyone.I have transferred into more of a product manager or business analysist role. I directly manage a team of offshore developer and am in charge to talking direct to the business and clients to determine functionality and business requirements that can then be relied to my team. I ensure that we meet deadlines, requirements, and that there are no impediments. My favorite part of my job is solution gathering because I am able to make executive decisions on how to resolve issues.My skills include C#, SQL, and Javascript. My job experiences have made me proficient in creating stored procedures and querying various databases to gather data and ultimately information in SSMS. My C# skills are continuing to grow and I am looking to make the next leap in my C# skills.
