I am the section leader for the renovation and remodelings of buildings leased and owned by Hennepin County. The County is interested in developing Green building stategies and incorporating more efficient systems. Project management includes hiring Architectural and Engineering firms to design and oversee the construction of multiple projects.

I represent buyers and sellers of residential properties. I have experience in designing, building and selling homes. My areas of expertise include the Lakes Area, Southwest Minneapolis and Downtown Minneapolis. My Architectural background and my experience designing hundreds of condominiums and town homes makes me a valuable asset for my clients.

Working with State agencies to provide Real Estate and Construction Services providing a broad range of pre-planning, acquisition, disposition, leasing, project management, relocation, and space management services to facilitate facility solutions that help Minnesota state agencies succeed.

While at Opus I worked on the design of commercial and residential properties including 1400 Wewatta in Denver and Excelsior Crossings in Hopkins which recently received it's second NAIOP award. I also worked on the design of several high rise residential projects; The Pinnacle in Denver, Park East Tower in St. Louis, The Carlyle in Minneapolis and Port.

While at KKE I worked on the design of the Choctaw Fitness and Wellness Center in Mississippi and the complete remodel of the Grandstand at the Minnesota State Fair, the exit stairs are still missing their metal screens due to a budget cut. My housing projects included the Upper Landings in St. Paul and Riverview Townhomes in Minneapolis.

While working with Paul I learned a great deal about multi-family housing. We designed everything from SRO housing to million dollar penthouse units. I am most proud of my work on the Minneapolis riverfront while collaborating with Brighton Development. We completed The Lourdes Square Townhomes, The Marquette Block, The Creamette Apartments, Northstar.
