I identify emerging customer opportunities, external threats, and uncertainties within the mobility space using an outside-in approach while establishing an “early warning” system to ensure contextual awareness and deliver internal organizational strategic intelligence.

Managed multiple external agencies while communicating with internal cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch various Mobility Solutions. I was responsible for the overall product vision and strategy, road map, prioritization and development of Enterprise products such as Commute, CarShare, Zimride, Self-Service Rentals and key partnerships with Uber and Lyft.

I conceptualized and designed digital applications and supported the development of brand assets.I worked closely with senior leadership, project leads and strategic partners, including GEICO and Progressive, to deliver the visual ideation, support, and user testing for a new self-service/mobility solution.

Led execution of creative direction and digital visual strategy for the Enterprise Trucks website, Enterprise CarShare website, Enterprise CarShare Mobile App, and the OnRamp Concierge digital Initiative.
