Update schedules and implement corrections or adjustments when necessary; develop and maintain schedules, DOR &WBS using P6 and Microsoft Project.- Responsible for the technical performance of projects to ensure that projects are executed in conformance to the client's specifications in terms of quality, safety, scope, cost, and schedule. Specific responsibilities in this regard includes: providing the single point of contact for both client and internal activities; defining and disseminating the scope of work to the client and all disciplines; maintaining the overall project budget; developing and maintaining the project schedule; ECNs, coordinating the engineering, procurement and construction management activities of the project; issuing project status reports; and providing direct supervision to all assigned project personnel.

Managing & monitoring of the delivery of construction requirements in accordance with the client requirements. Coordinating and supervise the design, procurement, physical works, and installation, testing and commissioning, in accordance with the design standards and contracts for the project. - Responsible in monitoring the Contractors Schedule and Project Master Schedule for the project, and to report any potential risks to the Project Site; overseeing the implementation of adequate Health and Safety measures, such that acceptable working practices are implemented by the contractors and consultants. A zero accident and safe working philosophy is the required objective. - Reviews actual progress on site for any Monthly Progress Claims submitted by contractors. Reviews contractual obligations of the contractors and notifies the Project Director if terms and conditions are met. Ability to read, absorb and understand the various standards with which the projects are required to be constructed.

- As a MEPF Project Engineer, responsible in understanding the scope of works of the various BOP and Non-BOP systems the interfaces between them, the scope of direct works, subcontract works, and works being undertaken by specialist vendors. Developing and setting up a tender package structure for the appointment of subcontract work packages and monitoring of works from appointment to final completion.- Review design drawings and specifications and scope is correctly understood and packaged to the generated WBS; Review and develop detailed scope interface matrices for the BOP works between main subcontract scope and various BOP vendor packages.- Set up / prepare the MEPF Tender Package Documentation and provide technical support and clarifications to the Commercial Department; responsible for DCR/ECN procedure, if any changes in work scope; coordination with services consultants and engineering to develop effective design documents and drawings; Review and develop detailed scope for startup and pre-commissioning.MEPF Site Engineer – Design and Engineering- MEP Design, tender, procurement, and budget control. Continually updates the Facilities Manager regarding the status of the projects, the clients, and the operations employees. Has defined or full autonomy in relation to authority and responsibility for all aspects of a significant area of work including technical, financial, and quality aspects, and in some situations, policy formation and application. Work involves creative application of a wide range of technical and/or management principles. Responsible for all the testing, commissioning report and hand over sheet report.
